Simply tap the large 'Start Contraction' button at the bottom of the screen when you first feel a tightening. Tap 'Stop' when the sensation passes. The app will automatically calculate the duration and the interval since your last wave.
Where is my contraction data saved?
All your data is stored locally on your device. We do not upload your personal health information to our servers. This ensures your data remains private and under your control.
How do I share my history with my midwife?
Transition into the 'Recent Waves' or 'Pattern' view to see your full history. You can show this screen directly to your midwife or birth partner during your assessment.
