By downloading, accessing, or using Kiwimama ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the App and delete it from your device.

KIWIMAMA DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, TREATMENT, OR CLINICAL GUIDANCE. THE STATISTICAL DATA GENERATED BY THE APP IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL JUDGMENT.

YOU AGREE THAT YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN HEALTH AND SAFETY. ALWAYS CONSULT A QUALIFIED HEALTHCARE PROVIDER FOR ANY PREGNANCY-RELATED CONCERNS.

IN CASE OF A MEDICAL EMERGENCY, CALL EMERGENCY SERVICES IMMEDIATELY. NEVER RELY ON THIS APP FOR EMERGENCY DECISION-MAKING.

3. Description of Service

Kiwimama provides a digital interface for users to manualy record the start and end times of contractions. The App calculates intervals and durations based solely on data you provide. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature of the App at any time without notice.

4. User Responsibility & Risk

You acknowledge that the use of the App is entirely at your own risk. The App acts as a digital stopwatch and logging tool. Accuracy depends entirely on your input. We do not guarantee the accuracy of calculations or the availability of the App during critical moments.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kiwimama and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for personal injury, wrongful death, or medical complications arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, logos, and content within the App are the property of Kiwimama and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
